JobsJRS International Volunteer PositionsWho can volunteer in JRS international programs?JRS seeks men and women who share its vision of accompanying refugees and who are prepared for the complex tasks involved in refugee situations. JRS volunteers may be lay persons, Jesuits or members of a religious congregation. JRS seeks specialists in education, counseling, rehabilitation, management and related fields. Especially helpful is past experience in training others. There are also needs for people with technical skills, especially in communication, law, agriculture and small-scale development work. JRS assignments usually require a commitment of two full years.
