Supporting Migrant Communities in Greater Milwaukee

JRS/USA is pleased to announce the creation of the Milwaukee Migrant Accompaniment Network Fund, an initiative supporting migrant ministries and accompaniment efforts across the Greater Milwaukee area.Through this fund, donations are distributed on a case-by-case basis to organizations and ministries serving migrants and their families through direct support, advocacy, education, legal assistance, and spiritual care. The goal of the network is to strengthen local accompaniment efforts while responding to the evolving needs of migrant communities in Wisconsin.JRS/USA is partnering with Casa Romero Renewal Center and the Midwest Jesuit Province to help ensure that all funds are thoughtfully stewarded and directed toward meaningful, community-based support efforts.

 

 

How the Fund Supports Migrants and Families

Funding may support a wide range of accompaniment efforts and direct services for migrant communities in the Milwaukee area, including:

  • Emergency material assistance
  • Legal support and immigration-related services
  • Advocacy and community education initiatives
