USA: Anne Frank Essay Competition 2020

04 March 2020

JRS/USA is thrilled to announce the third annual Anne Frank Essay Competition – an opportunity for Jesuit students to take action and raise awareness for refugees.

Three years ago JRS/USA received the Anne Frank Award from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for their work in confronting intolerance and advocating on behalf of those on the margins, specifically refugees and migrants. To share this honor, we created an essay competition with the hope that young people would share their voice, like Anne Frank, and express their hopes, plans and dreams for a better future.

This year, Educate Magis, an online community connecting educators from Jesuit and Ignatian schools around the world, will run the competition and open it to all Jesuit schools around the world again this year.

To learn more about the competition and to find the rules and procedures for submitting an essay, visit the Educate Magis Website.
