Ecuador: Let’s Join Hands … You Might Need One Tomorrow

29 January 2020

Ecuador has received more than 1.5 million displaced Venezuelans, since extreme economic and political instability began in 2016. Many of these displaced Venezuelans only passed through, but approximately 380,000 have remained in Ecuador. In addition, Ecuador continues to receive Colombian refugees and asylum seekers. JRS Ecuador produced videos which encourage the welcome of these forcibly displaced people and call on all to “give a hand, because you might need one tomorrow.”
